Mr. Abdul Ali Zehtab began this path in 1976. He left the family business, which was also very prosperous, to pursue his passion for producing the authentic and nutritious Isfahan sweet, Gaz. The Zehtab family is a noble and old family in Isfahan. The house of the Zehtabs has now become a home for artists. Over the course of half a century of glorious history, Bu Ali Sina Manufacturing has succeeded in providing valuable products worthy of customer taste by utilizing the most modern devices, along with a quality control laboratory and experienced personnel.
